The success for each JOC project has been accomplished by implementing and managing the triple constraints (time, cost, and quality) on each project. P2MG will assist in planning and identifying the project’s key elements to obtain the best solutions and provide optimal results. In addition, P2MG guarantees services success by being a true partner from start to finish by providing accurate proposals, finding action promptly, and cost controls to maximize budgets in order to achieve HAS’s goal. Below are examples of best practices and managements for successful JOC projects.

City of Houston (JOC)

P2MG managed, coordinated, and provided construction services to the General Services Department for the City of Houston (COH). The project consisted of managing multiple projects at various locations throughout the city. P2MG generates a project management plan, a CPM schedule, quality control plan, safety plan, and activity hazard analysis for all projects.

The projects were performed during working hours and provisions had to be taken to ensure the safety of the city, staff, and pedestrians. We also had to coordinate activities to ensure construction did not impact the operation of city facilities. The Scope of Work consisted of interior and exterior renovations which included painting, drywall repair, signage, flooring installation, electrical work, ceiling tile repair, HVAC Repair, concrete repair, landscaping and other repairs.
